General Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed in 1-2 days.
All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped and payment method verified.

We currently ship to Hong Kong and select international markets, including Australia, Europe, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the UAE, among others.

Hong Kong 

We offer free shipping for all deliveries in Hong Kong that should arrive at your doorstep within 1-2 business days after you have placed your order. 

International 

For international orders, we use carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or Hong Kong Mail, and charge a fixed delivery fee of HK$250 (approx. US$32). Depending on your location, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days.
